For a monthly subscription, Jumia will offer free shipping for all orders you make from the online store. Jumia Prime is also available in 3 months and 6 months subscription plans.
How Jumia Prime Works

- Buy the appropriate Subscription plan for your City (Lagos, Abuja, or Ibadan for now)
- You will receive email confirmation with 24 hours
- Shop your favourite products on Jumia
- You will get free delivery cost during checkout
Note that Jumia Prime subscription is city specific. This means that if you buy subscription for Lagos only orders heading to a Lagos based address will get free shipping. Your orders to Abuja, for example, will not be covered by free shipping in this particular case.
With Jumia Prime, you can get free delivery to up to three addresses in your subscription city. The service is for individual use. For professional use, you have commit to placing up to 50 orders per month.
Note that once your subscription is confirmed, you will not get refund or cancel your subscription.
You can also benefit from the subscription service if you are shopping via Jumia Global. However, only the local component of the delivery cost will be free. You will still pay international delivery fee.
